DOE Commitment
The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is committed to successfully completing the work necessary to allow appropriate future use of the property at ETEC. This commitment includes protecting the health and safety of our workers and neighbors in conducting this work.
The DOE works with State and Federal regulators to verify the Closure Project is completed in compliance with applicable regulations and governing permits. Throughout the project, DOE will hold public meetings and provide updated information through this website so local residents and other stakeholders can find information describing progress towards cleanup of ETEC.
